INOUYE - BRIDGE 14.5/25A WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quitclaim Deed and a Grant of Easement for Wetland from Harley and Martha M. Inouye for Bridge #14.5/25A, with the terms and conditions being as stated in said deed and easement, and WHEREAS, said deed and easement concern property described as being in the N₹SWe of Section 31, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County Colorado, being more particularly described in the attached legal description, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept said deed and easement, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Quitclaim Deed and Grant of Easement for Wetland from Harley and Martha M. Inouye be, and hereby are, accepted.
