RE: ACCEPT QUITCLAIM DEED AND GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR WETLAND FROM HARLEY AND
MARTHA M. INOUYE - BRIDGE 14.5/25A
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quitclaim Deed and a Grant of
Easement for Wetland from Harley and Martha M. Inouye for Bridge #14.5/25A, with
the terms and conditions being as stated in said deed and easement, and
WHEREAS, said deed and easement concern property described as being in the
N₹SWe of Section 31, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County
Colorado, being more particularly described in the attached legal description,
and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to accept said deed and
easement, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Quitclaim Deed and Grant of Easement for Wetland from
Harley and Martha M. Inouye be, and hereby are, accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 23rd day of August, A.D. , 1993.

COUNTY.
WITNESSETH, That the GRANTOR for in consideration of the sum of Five Hundred
Eighty Five Dollars ($ 585.00 ) and other
valuable consideration, to GRANTOR in hand paid by the COUNTY, the receipt
whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, does remise, release, sell ,
convey and QUITCLAIM unto the COUNTY, forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the GRANTOR has in and to the following described lot

Meridian, in Weld County, Colorado, said tract or parcel being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the center of said Section 31, and considering the east-west center line of
said Section 31 to bear N 90°00'00" E with all other bearings contained herein relative thereto;
thence S 00°00'00" E a distance of 30.00 feet to a point and continuing as described hereby;
1. Thence N 90°00'00" W a distance of 653.71 feet;
2. Thence S 00°00'00" E a distance of 75.00 feet;

AR2344483 GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR WETLAND
The undersigned fee owner of the following described parcel of land ( the
property ) , as "Grantor, " herevy grants and conveys to the County of Weld, a
political subdivision of the State of Colorado, as "Grantee, " an easement on,
over, across, and under the Property, for the purpose of establishing and
maintaining wetlands.
This Grant and Conveyance is made without warranties of title, but is
irrevocable and binding upon the Grantor, its successors, heirs, and assigns,
This Grant does not include any rights and interests in and to the oil, gas,
and other minerals in, on, and under the Property.
The "Property" is described in the attached Mitigation Area "A" for the
bridge 14.5/25A replacement project.

BRIDGE 14.5/25A REPLACEMENT PROJECT
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A tract of land containing .120 acres more or less, in the North 1/2 of
the Southwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 2 North, Range 66 West of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, In Weld County, Colorado, said tract or parcel being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 675 feet West of the Center Corner of Section 31,
this also being the point of beginning and considering the center line of
Section 31 bears due East and West with all other bearings contained herein
relative thereto;
Thence due South a distance of 95 feet;
Thence South 56 degrees East a distance of 55 feet;
Thence North 34 degrees East a distance of 55 feet;
Thence Northwesterly 110 feet to the point of beginning.
The above described parcel contains approximately .120 acres with .05
existing on County R-0-W and .07 acres outside County R-0-W.
