RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER C.W. KIRBY TO ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT ACTION PARTNERSHIP BOARD
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter , is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , it has been recommended that Commissioner C.W. Kirby
be reappointed to represent the Board of County Commissioners on
the Economic Development Action Partnership Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint
Commissioner C.W. Kirby to said Board, with his term to expire
December 31 , 1990 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Commissioner C.W.
Kirby be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Economic Development
Action Partnerhip Board, with his term to expire December 31 ,
1990 .
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 8th day of
January, A.D. , 1990 .
