RE: APPROVE SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO
SIGN - WIEBECK
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Subordination of Deed of Trust
Agreement for Charlotte Wiebeck, with the terms and conditions being as stated
in said agreement, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said
agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, ex-officio Housing Authority Board, that the Subordination of
Deed of Trust Agreement for Charlotte Wiebeck be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said agreement.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 26th day of April, A.D. , 1993.

SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST
By Deed of Trust dated April 29, 1991 and recorded in Book 1297 under
Reception Number 02249139 and recorded May 3, 1991, Weld County Records,
Charlotte Wiebeck conveyed to Public Trustee of Weld County Certain real
property described therein to secure an indebtedness payable to Weld County
Housing Authority.
Charlotte Wiebeck has executed, or will execute a Deed of Trust and Note
payable to C. U. Credit Union conveying the same property.
For one dollar or other good and valuable consideration, Weld County Housing
Authority as holder of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
described above, hereby agrees that it's Deed of Trust shall be subordinate
in all respects to the lien of the Deed of Trust of the C.U. Credit Union and
the indebtedness secured by thereby, as though the Deed of Trust of the C.U.
Credit Union has been recorded first.

SUBJECT: Subordination Request - Whyte-Wiebeck
DATE: April 23, 1993
As discussed at the Housing Authority Worksession of April 19, attached for
Board consideration is a subordination agreement on behalf of Charlotte
Wiebeck(Whyte) . We currently have a lien on her property as a result of her
participation in our housing rehabilitation program. Mrs. Weibeck has
applied for a loan to refinance her mortgage on her'property and consolidate
other debts. We are currently in second position and if the Board agrees to
subordinate, we will continue to be in second position. The past policy of
the Board has been to subordinate to permit refinancing as long as we
maintain second position.
Staff is recommending your approval of the subordination agreement for
Charlotte Whyte-Wiebeck.
