RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT AND APPOINTMENTS TO UTILITIES COORDINATING ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Utilities Coordinating Advisory
Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Sue Skaley, US West Communications
representative, be reappointed to said committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Gary Sandau, fire protection
representative, be appointed to said committee, and that Glenn Miller be
appointed as his alternate, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Sue Skaley to said
committee, with her term to expire December 31, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Gary Sandau with Glen
Miller as his alternate, with terms to expire December 31, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Sue Skaley, US West Communications representative, be, and
hereby is, reappointed to the Utilities Coordinating Advisory Committee, with her
term to expire December 31, 1996.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Gary Sandau, fire protection
representative, and Glen Miller, alternate, be, and hereby are, appointed to said
committee, with terms to expire December 31, 1996.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of January, A.D. , 1994.
