RE: AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE SOCIAL SERVICES WARRANTS FOR
DISBURSEMENT ON A DAILY BASIS
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to newly enacted Federal Regulations, the
Accounting Department is requesting authorization to release
Social Services Warrants for disbursement on a daily basis, and
WHEREAS , in order to comply with said Federal Regulations ,
the Board deems it advisable to grant said authorization.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Weld County
Department of Accounting be, and hereby is, authorized to release
Social Services Warrants for disbursement on a daily basis .
The above and foregoing Resolution was , on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 18th day of
July, A.D. , 1990 .n
