Summation: Subject is a retail property located in the middle of the downtown mall. Subject's value was established in recent appeal, using actual income, a pro-forma income analysis, and market sales. The same sales (sale dates 8710, 8804) used in the appeal are applicable in the 89/90 assessment period, as are • the actual rents and pro-forma analysis. GREGORY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Tax Abatement Petition, Schedule Number 2810586 (0961-05-3-15-012) by Frank C.
