RE: APPROVE COLORADO DIVISION OF HOUSING QUARTERLY NARRATIVE PERFORMANCE
REPORT ON HOME PROJECTS AND AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Quarterly Narrative
Performance Report on Home Projects for the HOME Housing Rehabilitation Program,
to be submitted to the Colorado Division of Housing by the County of Weld, State
of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on
behalf of the Weld County Housing Authority, said report for the period ending
June 30, 1994, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said report,
and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said report,
a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, ex-officio Housing Authority Board, that the Quarterly
Narrative Performance Report on Home Projects for the HOME Housing Rehabilitation
Program, to be submitted to the Colorado Division of Housing by the County of
Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, on behalf of the Weld County Housing Authority, be, and hereby is,
approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that, the Chairman he, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said report.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 25th day of July, A.D. , 1994.

During the next reporting period all of the above projects

SUBJECT: HOME Quarterly Report for June 30, 1994
DATE: July 20, 1994
As discussed at the July 18th Work Session, attached for Board approval is the Quarterly Report ending
June 30, 1994 for the our HOME Housing Rehabilitation Program.
To date two projects were completed and eight projects are currently under contract
We are recommending Board approval of the HOME Quaterly report.
