WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 2nd day of November, 1994, considered the request of Shelton Land and Cattle, Ltd., 10560 Weld County Road 75.5, Roggen, Colorado 80652, for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: SW'/ NE'/, Section 8, Township 2 North, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1.
