RE: APPROVE CHAIRMAN'S SIGNATURE ON MANUFACTURED HOME LANDLORD' S
WAIVER FROM GREEN TREE ACCEPTANCE, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners o£ the Weld
County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County
Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering
the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Weld County currently owns property located at 8233
Colorado State Highway 66 , Platteville, Colorado, on which sits a
grader shed and a pad for the placement of a mobile home owned by
the grader operator, and
WHEREAS, Green Tree Acceptance, Inc. , has provided the Board
of County Commissioners with a Manufactured Home Landlord' s
Waiver, a copy of which is attached hereto, which relates to a
mobile home to be purchased by George A. Maddox from Green Tree
Acceptance, Inc. , and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Attorney' s Office has advised the
Board of County Commissioners that it should authorize the
Chairman' s signature on the Landlord's Waiver.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Chairman is
authorized to sign the attached Manufactured Home Landlord' s
Waiver from Green Tree Acceptance, Inc. , on behalf of the Board of
County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 7th day of
January, A.D. , 1991.

into a retail installment contract or a promissory note and security agreement ("Contract") creating
and providing a security interest for Green Tree Acceptance, Inc. or its subsidiary ("Green Tree") in
the following manufactured home which, together with all additions and replacements thereto, is
herein called "collateral":

Said collateral is to be located on real estate situated in the County of WELD

State of , and legally described as follows:

(herein called "premises"). In consideration of the financial accommodation extended and secured
by the collateral as provided in the Contract, the undersigned jointly and severally agree that Green
Tree may come onto the premises at any time for inspection and repossession of collateral if such
becomes necessary, but in no event shall this Waiver authorize Green Tree or any other person acting
on Green Tree's behalf to enter on the premises unlawfully or to commit any breach of the peace in
the repossession of the collateral.
Further, it is hereby understood that the collateral is not a part of the premises and will not be attached
or become a part of the premises during the time this waiver is in effect, and that the undersigned shall
assert no claim against said collateral for rental, utilities or other charges. The undersigned shall
expressly advise all purchasers or mortgagees of the premises of the fact that said collateral is not a
part of the premises.
This Waiver shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the respective representatives,
successors and assignees of the undersigned.
