RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF LARRY BOHLENDER AND GREGORY THIESEN TO WELD COUNTY
BOARD OF RETIREMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Board of Retirement,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Larry Bohlender and Gregory Thiesen
be appointed to said board, to replace Richard Mollander and Stephanie Arries,
respectively, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Larry Bohlender and
Gregory Thiesen to said board, with their terms to expire July 31, 1996, and July
31, 1994, respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Larry Bohlender and Gregory Thiesen be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Weld County Board of Retirement, with their terms to expire July
31, 1996, and July 31, 1994, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 5th day of October, A.D. , 1992.
