Explain the reason for the proposed recorded exemption and how each proposed lot will be used. House & building have been rented and are not used in connection with farming operation. Buildings with approximately 7-8 acres will be sold so that I can reduce my farm debt on balance of farm. 2. Describe the location, size and present use of the area where each proposed new lot will be created. Exempted lot would be in the extreme southwest corner of farm. It would be approx. 7-8 acres and include the currently rented improvements along with non-irrigated pasture. 3. Explain how the proposal is consistent with the Weld County Comprehensive Plan and any adopted municipal plan, if applicable. Comprehensive plan apparently allows this type of use in Agriculture zoned lands. 4. Explain how the uses permitted will be compatible with existing uses surrounding the proposed recorded exemption. Uses will continue as in the apst but obviously a smaller parcel . Continue as Ag. 5. Explain how the proposal is consistent with the intent of the zoning district it is located within. Will continue as agriculture on both parcels . 6. Explain how the proposal is consistent with efficient and orderly development. No different than current & historical uses . 7. Explain how adequate provision for the protection of the health, safety, and welfare of the inhabitants of the neighborhood and the County will be accomplished. Will continue under the Control of Weld County ordinances. • REFERRAL LIST • Am a_tett NAME: Marlin and Judith Frank CASE NUMBER: AM RE-622 REFERRALS SENT: June 30, 1993 REFERRALS TO BE RECEIVED BY: July 14, 1993 COUNTY TOWNS and CITIES Attorney ____Ault X Health Department ____Brighton _Extension Service _Broomfield _Emergency Management Office _Dacono Sheriff's Office Eaton _ _Engineering Erie _Housing Authority _Evans _Airport Authority Firestone _Building Inspection Fort Lupton Frederick STATE _Garden City Division of Water Resources _Gilcrest _Geological Survey _Greeley _Department of Health ____Grover _Department of Transportation Hudson _Historical Society _Johnstown _Water Conservation Board _Keenesburg Oil and Gas Conservation Commission _Kersey La Salle FIRE DISTRICTS Lochbuie Ault F-1 _Longmont _ _Berthoud F-2 _Mead Briggsdale F-24 _Milliken _Brighton F-3 _New Raymer _Eaton F-4 _Northglenn _Fort Lupton F-5 _Nunn Galeton F-6 _Pierce Hudson F-7 Platteville _Johnstown F-8 _Severance La Salle F-9 Thornton _Mountain View F-10 _Windsor Milliken F-11 _ Nunn F-12 COUNTIES _ _Pawnee F-22 _Adams _Platteville F-13 _Boulder _Platte Valley F-14 _Larimer Poudre Valley F-15 Raymer F-2 FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES _Southeast Weld F-16 _US Army Corps of Engineers _Windsor/Severance F-17 _USDA-APHIS Veterinary Service _Wiggins F-18 ____Federal Aviation Administration Western Hills F-20 Federal Communication Commission OTHER SOIL CONSERVATION DISTRICTS Central Colo.
