RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JOYCE SMOCK TO LOCAL ENERGY IMPACT AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT REVIEW TEAM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Local Energy Impact and
Community Development Review Team, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Joyce Smock be appointed to said
board as a County resident, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Joyce Smock to said board,
with no specific term designated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Joyce Smock be, and hereby is, appointed to the Local
Energy Impact and Community Development Review Team as a County resident, with
no specific term designated.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 3rd day of August, A.D. , 1994.
