Veeman: Thank you for the letter submitted to the Department of Planning Services' staff on March 4, 1991. The staff has reviewed your request and determined that the changes as stated in your letter do not represent a material deviation from the original plans for USR-590. An amendment to your permit will not be necessary. A building permit for the proposed structure will be necessary. E30537 Regarding : The movement of a potential house location on special use permit 590:B3:53 . It has become necessary for us to build another house on the dairy so that other family members can live on the dairy facility. In preparation for this pending construction, it has came to our attention that the sight already approved for construction on special use permit 590:83 :53, is not the best possible location. There is a 45 foot right-of-way off of WCR 50 ( 5T HWY 60) at the current approved sight that , if exercised , would not leave an adequate buffer in the future. Also , there is currently a leach field located in the vacinity of the same sight . In short , there is not enough room to build a house and do it right . With this in mind , we request that we be allowed to move the house location to south of the silage pit as indicated on the attached sketch . The availability of water and electric utilities have been confirmed at this location. This location also affords enough room to build and landscape a house that will project a sense of quality and blend well with the area.
