DATE: July 7, 1994 CASE NUMBER: VI-2114 On July 6, 1994, I had a phone conversation with Francis Derby, concerning the violation on the above described property. Ms. Derby indicated that she has been working to clean up the property and would continue to do so. We also discussed the issue concerning the violation of animal units (dogs) on the property. I informed her that she had the option of submitting a Use by Special Review application, it being reviewed, approved, and all conditions of approval met or reducing the number of dogs to a total number of eight for the entire property. Ms. Derby was very indecisive on what she was going to do about the dogs. Ain DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING SERVICES PHONE 1203; 353.3845. E<T. S5=0 WELD COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE OFHC=S EY, OLN.
