ALTHEN/BOYER COMMERCIAL UNIT DEVELOPMENT,
A SUBDIVISION IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF
SECION 23, TOWNSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 68 WEST OF
THE SIXTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, WELD COUNTY,
COLORADO:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that it does hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual
right-of-way over the public roads, streets, highway, and easements in be-
half of the public in Althen/Boyer Commercial Unit Development, a subdivision
located in the Southwest Quarter of Section 23, Township 1 North, Range 68
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Weld County, Colorado, and being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Section 23, and considering
the West line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 23 as bearing
North 00°07'30" East, with all other bearings contained herein being
relative thereto;
Thence North 00°07'30" East along said West line, 330. 00 feet to
the True Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing North 00°07'30" East along said West line 993. 86
feet;
Thence North 89°34'09" East, 1638. 70 feet;
Thence South 00°18'22" West, 1330. 64 feet to a point on the South
line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 23;
Thence South 89°48'19" West along said South line, 974. 43 feet;
Thence North 00°07'30" East, 330. 00 feet;
Thence South 89°48'19" West, 660. 00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning.
Said described parcel of ground contains 44. 863 acres, more or
less, including a 50 foot strip of ground on the West side and a 30
foot strip of ground on the South side for road right-of-way purposes,
and is subject to any other rights-of-way or other easements as
granted or reserved by instruments of record or as now existing on
said parcel of ground.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved
for filing and the public roads, streets, highways, and easements thereon are
approved, provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake
maintenance of said streets, roads and right-of-way until they have been
constructed by the subdivider according to specification and accepted by the
County of Weld.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote this 2nd day of June , 1976.
