THIS MATTER coming on to be heard before the Board of
Assessment Appeals on January 4 , 1991 , with Ramon G. Le Duke, James
T. McDowell and Don Clifton being in attendance and this matter
having been presented on stipulated facts,
THE BOARD OF ASSESSMENT APPEALS FINDS:
1 . This matter has been properly brought before this
Board on the petition of Petitioners.
2. Petitioners were not represented at the hearing .
3. Respondent was not represented at the hearing.
4. Subject property is described as follows:
LOT 23 BLOCK 71 HUNTERS SUB, LOCATED AT 1407
11TH STREET, GREELEY, CO (Weld County Parcel
Number 096106429023/Pin R 3029186)
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The parties to this action entered into a Stipulation , a copy
of which is attached and incorporated as a part of this decision .
In: that Stipulation , the parties agreed that the 1990 actual value
of the subject property should be reduced to:

By unanimous vote , the Stipulation was accepted by the Board .
ORDER:
The Respondent is ordered to reduce the 1990 actual value of
the subject property , as set forth above.

accordingly .
