Subject property is described as follows: LOT 23 BLOCK 71 HUNTERS SUB, LOCATED AT 1407 11TH STREET, GREELEY, CO (Weld County Parcel Number 096106429023/Pin R 3029186) FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS: The parties to this action entered into a Stipulation , a copy of which is attached and incorporated as a part of this decision . In: that Stipulation , the parties agreed that the 1990 actual value of the subject property should be reduced to: �� 1 911152 '11�1ar Land $14 , 198 .00 Improvements $60,851 .00 Total $75,049.00 By unanimous vote , the Stipulation was accepted by the Board . ORDER: The Respondent is ordered to reduce the 1990 actual value of the subject property , as set forth above. The Weld County Assessor is directed to change his records accordingly .
