RE: APPOINT ELECTION JUDGES AND CANVASS BOARD FOR ANTELOPE HILLS LAW
ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY ELECTION ON JUNE 5, 1991
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, in its Resolution dated May 8, 1991, the Board of County
Commissioners set the Election for the Antelope Hills Law Enforcement Authority
(LEA) for June 5, 1991, with the polling place being designated as Lot 1 of the
Antelope Hills PUD according to the plat recorded at Book 1297, Reception
#2248565, and
WHEREAS, Section 32-1-808, CRS, requires that prior to the date of the
Special Election, the Board of County Commissioners is to appoint three Election
Judges for the polling place, and
WHEREAS, said Election Judges can be electors of the District, pursuant to
Section 32-1-802(1) , CRS, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Duane A. Kunkel, Connie
L. Kunkel, and Lee Meek as Election Judges for the Special Election for the
Antelope Hills LEA, and
WHEREAS, the Board also deems it advisable to appoint Mary Ann Feuerstein,
Weld County Clerk and Recorder, Francis M. Loustalet, Weld County Treasurer, and
Warren Lasell, Weld County Assessor, to be members of the Canvass Board who will
canvass the votes on June 6, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the above stated appointments for Election Judges and the
Canvass Board for the Special Election in the Antelope Hills LEA shall become
effective upon the signing of this Resolution.

The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of May, A.D. , 1991.
