RE: RESCIND SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS OF POLLUTANT DISCHARGE AGREEMENTS WITH FIRST
NATIONAL WATER COMPANY, MILLARD REFRIGERATION SERVICES, TOWN OF AULT, AND
NORTH HURON WATER COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on April 12, 1993, the Board did approve four Sampling and
Analysis of Pollutant Discharge Agreements with First National Water Company,
Millard Refrigeration Services, Town of Ault, and North Huron Water Company, and
WHEREAS, said agreements were on "Agreement for Sampling and Analysis of
Drinking Water" forms, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to rescind said agreements and refer
same to the Health Department for corrections.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the four Sampling and Analysis of Pollutant Discharge
Agreements with First National Water Company, Millard Refrigeration Services,
Town of Ault, and North Huron Water Company be, and hereby are, rescinded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that said agreements be, and hereby
are, referred to the Health Department for correction.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following l vote on the 23rd day of August, A.D. , 1993.

drinking water agreement between the Town-of La Salle and the Weld County Health
Department. /
All contracted fees are in accordance with the fees established in County
Ordinance #82-M.
The term of the agreement is from January 1, 1993 through December 31, 1993.
