RE: DECLARE CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZE SALE OF SAME
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, State Statute and the Weld County Administrative Manual require
that all items disposed of be declared surplus by the Board of County
Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the County has determined that certain equipment, described as one
Motorola "Compa-Station" control radio, serial number "missing" (as listed in the
inventory), model number C34RCB3100A, is no longer required for County use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that said described equipment be, and hereby is, declared as
surplus.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the sale of said equipment to the
Weld County School District #6, 2204 5th Avenue, Greeley, Co 80631, for the sum
of $350.00 be, and hereby is, authorized.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 22nd day of April, A.D. , 1991.

Please take the necessary action to declare one Motorola
"Compa-Station" control radio, serial number "missing" (as
listed in the inventory) , model number C34RCB3100A as excess
to the needs of Weld County. The radio will then be sold for
the sum of $350. 00 to Weld County School District #6 ,
2204 5th Avenue, Greeley, CO 80631 , attention Jim Klein.
