Thank you for your letter of July 10. The Department of Planning Services staff
have reviewed your request to locate a 4,000 square foot building on your
property for auto storage. The staff has determined that this would not be
considered a material deviation from the approved plans.
Building permits must be applied for and approved prior to the start of
construction.
