RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JACK DAVIS TO WELD COUNTY PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, an additional position has been created on the Private Industry
Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jack Davis be appointed to said
council to fill the position, as a small business representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jack Davis to said
council, with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jack Davis be, and hereby is, appointed to the Private
Industry Council, with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following
/vote on the 15th day of November, A.D. , 1993.
