Thank you for your May 5 letter. The Department of Planning Services staff
reviewed your request to locate a 10' x 40' mobile home on the property for the
storage of materials with no utilities. The staff has determined that the use
would not be a major change to the approved plans.
Zoning and building permits must be applied for and approved for the mobile home.
