Home My WebLink About930243 AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, made this 17th of March , 1993, by and between THE BOARD OF WELD COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, and Asphalt Improvements doing business as Asphalt Improvements hereinafter called "Contractor" . WITNESSETH: That for and in consideration of the payments and agreements hereinafter mentioned: 1. The Contractor will commence and complete the phased construction of 1993 RUBBERIZED CRACK FILLING CONTRACT 2 . The Contractor shall furnish all material, supplies, tools, equipment, labor and other services necessary for the construction and completion of the project described herein. 3. The Contractor shall commence the work required by the Contract Documents in accordance with the date stated in the Special Conditions and shall complete the work within the time stated in the Special Conditions unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the Contract Documents. 4. The Contractor agrees to perform all the work described in the Contract Documents and comply with the terms therein for the sum of: Forty-two thousand, two hundred and forty dollars & no/100 ($42,240.00) . for the project 1993 RUBBERIZED CRACK FILLING CONTRACT 16 930243 1---/° tt', 5. The County will pay the Contractor in the manner and at such time as set forth in the General Conditions, such amounts required by the Contract Documents. 7. You are hereby notified that your bid has been accepted for 1993 Rubberized Crack Filling Contract in the amount of Forty-two thousand, two hundred and forty dollars & no/100 (S42,240.00) .
