WKERF.AS, the UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY has
tendered to the CATTY OF WELD, STATIC OF OOLORi DO, an agree-
ment extending to August • 31, 1958, the term of contract
dated September 17 1939, towering the construction, main-
tenance and operati
on of a 1-inch water pipe line and hy-
drant on the right of way and under the txa,*ks of the Rail-
road Company at Dacono, Colere4; said meat being
identified as Railroad Company's Contraot Department No.
22705-B; and
,
WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County_ has said proposed agree-
ment before-ft and has uiven it careful review and consider-
ation; and
WHEREAS , it is consiaered that the best interests
of said County of W ]4
will be subsorved by the acceptance of said agreement:
THEREFORE, BE 17 RESOLVED BY THEBOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF TTE COUNTY OF WILD. STS OF COLORADO:
That the terms of the agreement submitted by the
Union Pacific Railroad Company as aforesaid be , and the same
are hereby, accepted in behalf of the OOMIS,' of '' eld,Btate of
Colorado;
That the Chairman of the Board of County Commission-
ers of said County is hereby authorized, empowered and direc-
ted to execute said agreement on behalf of said County , and
that the County Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to at-
test said agreement and to attach to each duplicate original
of said agreement a certified copy of this resolution.
