(Attach additional sheets if necessary) Property was double assessed on oil and gas production for the 1992 year.Twelve months of production was reported by Logan & Firmine, a Colorado Tax Consulting firm, in error. This production was to be reported on the Arens 33-15 lease and should be corrected accordingly, to reflect on the 1993 tax roll. At the same time that the formerly mentioned firm had erroneously reported revenue and production to the subject property, the petitioner's agent had also reported twelve months of production and revenue correctly for the subject property ( See attached ) .
