RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JON KUSHNER TO WELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL
SERVICES ADVISORY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Emergency Medical
Services Advisory Council, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jon Kushner be appointed to said
council as the EMS Department Chairperson from Aims College, to replace Rachael
Kolokoff, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Jon Kushner to said
council, with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Jon Kushner be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Emergency Medical Services Advisory Council as the EMS Department
Chairperson from Aims College, with his term to expire December 31, 1994.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 29th day of June, A.D. , 1994.
