RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE PLOWING PERMIT NO. 94-01, ACCEPT COLLATERAL, AND AUTHORIZE
CHAIRMAN TO SIGN - CHARLES E. NUSSBAUM
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Charles E. Nussbaum, Route 1, Box 12, Grover, Colorado 80610,
desires to obtain a Plowing Permit to cultivate certain grassland described as
part of the WI of Section 35, Township 11 North, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M. ,
Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance #108-A, Charles E. Nussbaum has submitted
proof of collateral in the form of a Permit Bond from the General Insurance
Company as Surety, in the amount of Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($4,500.00) , and all other pertinent documents necessary for the issuance of a
Plowing Permit, and
WHEREAS, said applicant has also submitted the required permit fee in the
total amount of Two Hundred Forty-five Dollars ($245.00) , and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it appropriate to approve the issuance of a
Plowing Permit to Charles E. Nussbaum for those grasslands described in the
approved Soil Conservation Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Plowing Permit No. 94-01 be, and hereby is, issued to
Charles E. Nussbaum.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that collateral in the form of a Permit
Bond from the General Insurance Company as Surety, in the amount of Four Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00) be, and hereby is, accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said Plowing Permit.

KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS, that we NUSSBAUM RANCH
, as Principal, and the
GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY , as Surety, are held and firmly
bound unto the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, 915 10th Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, as Obligee,

THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH that:
WHEREAS, the Principal has been or is about to be granted
a permit for the plowout and cultivation of grassland in Weld
County, Colorado;
NOW, THEREFORE, if the Principal well and truly comply
with the terms and conditions of Ordinance No. 108-A of the Board
of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and of the
permit issued pursuant thereto, and conduct business in conformi-
ty therewith, then this obligation to be void; otherwise to
remain in full force and effect, and the Surety will pay the full
value of all claims or demands with a total amount not exceeding
the amount of this obligation.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that this bond shall continue in force
until MARCH 7 , 19 95 , or until the date of expiration of
any Continuation Certificate executed by the Surety.
This bond may be terminated at any time by the Surety upon
sending in writing by certified mail to the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and to the Principal, and
at the expiration of 30 days from the mailing of said notice,
this bond shall ipso facto terminate and the Surety shall there-
upon be relieved from any liability for any acts or omissions of
the Principal subsequent to said date.
