The Hazardous Materials and Waste Management Division (the Division) of the Colorado
Department of Health has completed the review of the amended "Final Report Supplement,
Quality Assurance/Quality Control, for Phase 1 Module 1 Cell Construction, North Weld
Sanitary Landfill." The document has adequately addressed the issues from the October
27, 1992 letter sent by this Division.
