RE: ASSESSMENT OF COSTS, WELD COUNTY ROAD 32 LOCAL IMRPOVEMENT DISTRICT

A public hearing was conducted on November 18, 1992, at 10:00 A.M. , with
the following present:
Commissioner George Kennedy, Chairman
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert, Pro-Tem
Commissioner C. W. Kirby
Commissioner Gordon E. Lacy
Commissioner W. H. Webster
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Shelly Miller
Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison
County Engineer, Drew Scheltinga
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated September 30, 1992, and
duly published October 8, 1992, in the Windsor Beacon, a public hearing
was conducted to consider the assessment of costs for the Weld County Road
32 Local Improvement District No. 1992-1. Drew Scheltinga, County
Engineer, made this a matter of record. Mr. Scheltinga stated said
district is for the purpose of paving Weld County Road 32 between the I-25
frontage road and Weld County Road 13, which consists of two miles. He
said that construction is complete, at a total cost of $94,512.91. The
district contains 20 parcels, each to be assessed $1,000, and the American
Harbor Health Care Trust which is to be assessed a total of $5,000.
Therefore, the district will generate $25,000. There was no public
testimony given. Commissioner Kirby moved to approve the draft resolution
setting the assessments for said district. Seconded by Commissioner
Webster, the motion carried unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 23rd day of November, 1992.
