RE : Plowing Permit for Gerald A.
Straight
Dear Sirs :
Enclosed is a copy of the Resolution and Permit No. 91-02 for
plowing grassland for Gerald A. Straight. The property which
Mr. Straight is allowed to cultivate, pursuant to the plowing
permit, is the West Half of Section 22 , Township 7 North, Range 59
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado .
Mr. Straight originally contacted the Board of County Commissioners
about receiving a plowing permit to cultivate only five acres of
property in the Northwest Quarter of Section 22 , T7N, R59W.
Unfortunately, the Resolution was written so that the plowing
permit was for the entire West Half of that section, instead of the
five acres only.
I have to agree with Mr. Straight that he now has a plowing permit
for the entire West Half of Section 22, T7N, R59W.
