6th P.M. , Weld County, 'Colorado.
Dear Mr. Kellogg:
The Department of Planning Services' staff have reviewed your July 9, letter. The
staff have determined that the 20' X 20' portable office building would not be
a material deviation to the approved Special Review permit. Building permits
will need to be obtained prior to the start of construction.

Dear 'Sir,
This letter is to request the approval of permits' to place a
20x20 portable office on the northwest corner of our existing shop
and, the installation of septic and leachfield.
The portable building, after your approval, will be set and
padded. The exterior color will be the same as the present shop as.
not to distract from present appearance. Traffic will not increase
along County Road 46. With the installation of a Denver phone line
to our rural system we are upgrading our computer system.
The waste system is being designed .by Gerald B. McRae #6616.
He will present the Weld County Health Department with the design
for their approval before the waste system will be installed.
Enclose is a plat map with the new location for the portable
building and septic ..field.
