SECOND ORDER (On Stipulation)
JAMES E. WINTER d/b/a WINTER ENTERPRISES,
Petitioner,
vs.
WELD COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION,
Respondent.
THE PARTIES TO THIS ACTION entered into a Stipulation, which
was approved by the Board of Assessment Appeals on March 5, 1992 .
However, that Stipulation reflected the incorrect Parcel Number,
and the two remaining Parcel Numbers at issue were not addressed.
The parties then entered into two additional Stipulations, which
have been approved by the Board. To clarify the correct Parcel
Numbers and corresponding actual values, all three Stipulations are
attached and incorporated as a part of this decision.
FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS:
1. Subject property is described as follows:

Parcel Number 0807-17-3-02-002 : L2 BLK2 WINDSOR MANOR

2 . Petitioner is protesting the 1991 actual values of the
subject commercial/vacant land property.
3 . The parties agreed that the 1991 actual values of the
subject property should be reduced to:

Protective denial was given at the C.B.O.E. After further review
of the subject property a small adjustment was appropriate.
8. Both parties agree that the hearing scheduled before the
Board of Assessment Appeals on March 11, 1992 (date) at
1:00 P.M. (time) be vacated: or, a hearing has not yet been
scheduled before the Board of Assessment Appeals (check if
appropriate) .
