WINTER d/b/a WINTER ENTERPRISES, Petitioner, vs. WELD COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION, Respondent. THE PARTIES TO THIS ACTION entered into a Stipulation, which was approved by the Board of Assessment Appeals on March 5, 1992 . However, that Stipulation reflected the incorrect Parcel Number, and the two remaining Parcel Numbers at issue were not addressed. The parties then entered into two additional Stipulations, which have been approved by the Board. To clarify the correct Parcel Numbers and corresponding actual values, all three Stipulations are attached and incorporated as a part of this decision. FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS: 1. Subject property is described as follows: Parcel Number 0807-17-3-02-001: L1 BLK2 WINDSOR MANOR BUSINESS PARK Parcel Number 0807-17-3-02-002 : L2 BLK2 WINDSOR MANOR BUSINESS PARK Parcel Number 0807-17-3-02-003 : L3 BLK2 WINDSOR MANOR BUSINESS PARK 2 . Petitioner is protesting the 1991 actual values of the subject commercial/vacant land property. 3 .
