W The property is also known as Lot B of Recorded Exemption 811. The property is N located east of Weld County Road 23, south of Weld County Road 14 1/2. The n property owner also owns Lot A of Recorded Exemption 811, which is contiguous to x this property. W CT V The applicant proposes using Central Weld County Water District for the water source on the proposed smaller lot. A domestic well is proposed for the larger .-4 Hi parcel. This parcel is Lot B of Recorded Exemption 811, which was approved in 1986. The reason given for the 1986 application was to o Cti reduce a loan with the Federal Land Bank. Further division of this m parcel will evade the intent of the Weld County Subdivision Regulations requirements and statement of purposes. The water supply proposed for the remaining 70.2 acre lot is an individual well to be constructed to withdraw water from an unspecified aquifer.
