Project Performance Report March 1 to August 31 Due September 30 September 1 to February 29 Due March 31 As you are aware, there will be no carry-over 1991 funds. The plan does provide for an additional thirty (30) days beyond the end of the current project period to finalize expenditures for your 1991 grant. It is imperative that the State close its books within the 90 day time period at the conclusion of the program year.
