RE: APPROVAL TO ELIMINATE PETTY CASH FUND AT THE YOUTH SHELTER HOME
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, on November 20, 1978 the Board of County Commissioners established
a petty cash fund in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) for the
Youth Shelter Home, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Administration has recommended that
said petty cash fund be eliminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the petty cash fund for the Youth Shelter Home be, and
hereby is, eliminated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Director of Finance and
Administration is authorized to transfer ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00) in
the Youth Shelter Home petty cash fund to the General Fund.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the followin vote on the 28th day of December, A.D. , 1992.
