Subject: Mobile home located on SUP-345 Located in part of the NE% of Section 9 and part of
the N% of section 10 all located in Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M.,
Weld County Colorado.
Dear Mr. Miller:
Thank you for your letter of October 21. Planning Department staff have reviewed your letter
requesting to relocate the manager home from phase 14 to phase 12 as shown on the SUP
map. Planning staff determined that this would not be a material deviation from the approved
plan or standards. The Mobile home would need to be located outside of the Flood Hazard
Overlay District or Flood Hazard Development Permit 87 would need to be amended to show
the appropriate location and elevations of the mobile home.
Building permits would need to be applied for and approved prior to locating the mobile home
on the property.

Re: Amended SUP 345
Mr. Schuett,
MS Corp wishes to place a mobile home on the property
covered by the amended SUP 345 . The property map shows a home
for the manager in phase 14 . I would like to place the home
in phase 12 instead. Please consider this request as soon as
possible as we would like to get the unit in place before
winter. I believe that we should be able to apply for the
building permit without a zoning change but would like your
approval of that prior to purchasing the mobile home.
