Dear Mr. Palermo:
Thank you for your November 10 letter. I have reviewed the Special Review permit
and determined that the permit has not been abandoned and mining could continue,
provided that the operation is not abandoned for a period of three years, the
operation is maintained in compliance with the approved Special Review permit,
and all uses are maintained in compliance with all local, State, and Federal
requirements.
