RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY PLACEMENT ALTERNATIVES
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home
Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the
affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County
Placement Alternatives Commission, due to the resignation of Kay
Fenton, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Jon Eastin be appointed
to said Commission to replace Kay Fenton as the school district
representative in a standing position with no expiration date, and
WHEREAS, the Board desires to appoint Jon Eastin to said
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that Jon Eastin be , and
hereby is , appointed to the Weld County Placement Alternatives
Commission, in a standing position with no expiration date.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of
November, A.D. , 1990 .
