Morrison Planning Department representative, Keith Schuett The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 11, 1990, and duly published June 14, 1990, in The New News, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of Daniel Ochsner and Barry Payant for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a recreational facility in the Agricultural Zone District. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this matter of record. Keith Schuett, representing the Department of Planning Services, said the applicants did not post the sign for the required ten days before the hearing; therefore, he requested that this matter be continued. Daniel Ochsner, one of the applicants, said he was not notified of the posting requirement. He said his partner did receive the sign. Commissioner Lacy moved to continue this hearing to July 11, 1990, at 10:00 a.m. Seconded by Commissioner Kirby, the motion carried unanimously. This Certification was approved on the 2nd day of July, 1990.
