RE: SCHEDULING OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, AS THE HOUSING AUTHORITY BOARD DURING CALENDAR YEAR
1992
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution dated December 16, 1991, the Board of County
Commissioners appointed themselves as the Housing Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, on January 6, 1992, the Board of County Commissioners convened as
the Housing Authority Board to schedule the regular meetings of the Housing
Authority Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that regular meetings of the Housing
Authority Board of Weld County, Colorado, shall be held on each fourth Monday,
immediately following the regular Board of County Commissioners meeting, at or
about 9:00 a.m. , and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that work sessions of the Housing
Authority Board shall be held on each third Monday, at 10:00 a.m. , and
WHEREAS, the Board does hereby post notice that a change has been proposed
in the By-Laws of the Housing Authority Board, to be considered on January 27,
1992 at the regular meeting of the Housing Authority Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, ex-officio Weld County Housing Authority Board, that the
schedule of each fourth Monday during 1992, to commence at or about 9:00 a.m. ,
shall be in full force and effect throughout the calendar year 1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the schedule of each third Monday
during 1992, at 10:00 a.m. , shall be the time of the Housing Authority Board work
session.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the proposed changes to the By-
Laws of the Housing Authority Board will be considered at the regular meeting
scheduled on January 27, 1992.
