Dear Sirs:
It has come to the attention of the Department of Planning Services' staff that
the uses on your property may not be in compliance with Special Use Permit #639
and the Weld County Zoning Ordinance. The potential noncompliance is operating
the facility 24 hours per day. Section 44.4.2 states: All sand and gravel
operations shall be conducted during the hours of daylight except in the case of
public or private emergency, or to make necessary repairs to equipment. This
restriction shall not apply to operation of administrative executive offices or
repair facilities located on the property.
Please call me within five working days of the date of this letter to review the
concern with me.
