A STATEMENT DESCRIBING THE REQUEST, THE PURPOSE, AND THE BENEFITS
We are requesting a subdivision exemption for the purpose of financing.
Mortgage companies presently do not deal with properties of over five acres
because of the difficulty in packaging groups of mortgages for resale. If we
delineate a specific five acres, however,' we will be able to qualify for a net•
low interest loan. Our present loan is at 16 percent and today's rates are
almost half that. We would appreciate your consideration of our request.
