RE: ANNUAL MEETING - ANTELOPE HILLS LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITY
A public hearing was conducted on July 14, 1993, at 9:00 A.M. , with the
following present:
Commissioner Constance L. Harbert, Chairman
Commissioner W. H. Webster, Pro-Tem
Commissioner George E. Baxter
Commissioner Dale K. Hall
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Carol Harding
County Attorney, Bruce Barker
Director of Finance and Administration, Donald Warden
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 30, 1993, and duly
posted June 30, 1993, the annual meeting of the Antelope Hills Law
Enforcement Authority was held. Donald Warden, Director of Finance and
Administration, explained the same problems need to be addressed as were
discussed in the Windsor Shores Law Enforcement Annual Meeting held prior
to this meeting. Mr. Warden said both he and Lee Morrison, Assistant
County Attorney, feel it is necessary to hold a worksession to address the
functionality of law enforcement authorities throughout Weld County. He,
therefore, recommended this meeting be continued to allow time to
accomplish the worksession. Commissioner Baxter moved to continue to
November 17, 1993, at 9:00 a.m. Seconded by Commissioner Hall, the motion
carried unanimously.
This Certification was approved on the 19th day of July, 1993.
