RE: ACTION OF BOARD CONCERNING PRIVATE ACTIVITY BOND ISSUE - CONAGRA
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a request to issue Private
Activity Bonds in the amount of $5,200,000, and
WHEREAS, a hearing before the Board was held on November 13, 1991, at which
time the Board deemed it advisable to continue said matter one week.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that this matter will be reconsidered by the Board on November
20, 1991, at 9:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 13th day of November, A.D. , 1991.
