RESOLUTION RE: GRANT REQUEST FROM CONQUEST OIL COMPANY FOR PREADVERTISEMENT OF SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has received a request from Conquest Oil Company for preadvertisement of an application for a Special Review Permit for an oil and gas support facility (brinewater disposal) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, and WHEREAS, said property is described as part of SE'-! SE'„, Section 8, Township 4 North, Range 64 West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, after study and review the Board deems it advisable to grant said request, with the hearing date to be set as January 27, 1993 at 10:00 a.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request from Conquest Oil Company for preadvertisement of an application for a Special Review Permit for an oil and gas support facility (brinewater disposal) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District be, and hereby is, granted.
