CORRECTED N.O.V. WAS SENT AND THEREFORE IT WAS FELT THAT PROPER NOTIFICATION
WAS NOT GIVEN. THE VALUE FOR 1990 IS ACCEPTABLE AND IT IS REQUESTED THAT
THE 1989 VALUE BE PLACED AT THE 1990 LEVEL SINCE WE WERE UNAWARE OF THE ACTUAL
VALUES FOR 1989 UNTIL IT WAS FAR TO LATE TO PROTEST.
