COLORADO From Clerk to the Board
Subject: Corrected Resolution re: USR - Wolfe
On October 7, 1992, the Board approved a Special Review Permit for Wayne
and Marianne Wolfe. On October 26, 1992, Keith Schuett, Planning, brought
to our attention that the condition requiring a proposed road improvements
agreement be submitted within 45 days was inadvertently omitted. As per
Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, we have corrected said resolution
by adding Condition of Approval #4. If you have no objections, the
resolution will be signed by the Board on October 28, 1992, and copies
will be reissued.
