Dear Mr. Burnham:
Thank you for your August 21 letter. The Department of Planning Services' staff
has reviewed your request to relocate the shop/hanger, relocate storage
buildings, and construct a residence. The staff has determined that this request
would not be considered a material deviation from the approved plans.
Building permits must be applied for and approved prior to the start of
construction on any of these buildings. Please call or write me if you have any
questions.

In accordance with Weld County Development Standards-USR-816,
paragraph 9, I request the following changes be approved:
relocate shop/hangar, storage buildings, and allow building
a personal residence. See attached drawing for location of
proposed structures.
There are presently no structures on the parcel of land to
which USR-816 applies.
