RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY AREA AGENCY ON AGING ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Weld County Area Agency on Aging
Advisory Board, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Lyman Bacon be appointed to said
board, to replace Elisabeth Wirick, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Lyman Bacon to said board,
with his term to expire January 31, 1995.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Lyman Bacon be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld
County Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board, with his term to expire January 31,
1995.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 15th day of July, A.D. , 1992.
