RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR
NORTH COLORADO MEDICAL CENTER
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS,vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical
Center, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Donald Mueller and Dennis Hoshiko be
reappointed to said board, and
WHEREAS, it has also been recommended that Ken Lind and Mary Henneck be appointed
to said board, and
WHEREAS,the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Donald Mueller and Dennis Hoshiko
to said board, with their terms to expire January 13, 1998, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Ken Lind to said board with his term to
expire January 9, 1996, and Mary Henneck, with her term to expire January 13, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
• County, Colorado, that Donald Mueller and Dennis Hoshiko be, and hereby are, reappointed to the
Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with their terms to expire January 13, 1998.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Ken Lind and Mary Henneck be, and hereby
are appointed to the Board of Trustees for North Colorado Medical Center, with their terms to expire
January 9, 1996 and January 13, 1998, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 28th day of December, A.D., 1994.
